• using post (two signed copies of agreement are mailed)

• Registered office and mailing address
• Name and surname of a person concluding the contract
• Contact email
• Contact telephone No
• Bank
• Bank code
• Account No

Once we receive the contract, we will be able to make benefits in cash.
