What is it?

A subscription service is targeted at automatic charging for "club" type services. If a user subscribes a certain service, the mount of money chosen by you is automatically deducted from his account within a period set.

A subscription service is convenient for a user as he does not have to register and pay for a necessary service every time he needs it.

Countries, tariffs

We can offer subscription service in Lithuania and Latvia. In both countries subscription service can be regitered by send SMS or in WAP site.

In Lithuania subscription price can be from 0.5 EUR to 5 EUR for all mobile operators. For "Bitė" mobile operators clients subscription price can be to 8.5 EUR.

In Latvia subcription price can be from 0 EUR to 5 EUR for all mobile operators. For "Bitė" mobile operators clients subscription price can be to 7 EUR.

Subscription service rules

All subscription services are strictly regulated and each service must comply with the rules:

• Users must be clearly informed about the type of service (that this is subscription service), price and automatic renew period
• The user registering to subscription service will receive an SMS message with the information: the name of the service, the service cost, service period, customer care telephone number or a link to our self-service system
• At subscription renewal time, user will receive an SMS message with the information: the name of the service, the service cost, service period, customer care telephone number or a link to our self-service system
• Each subscription service is reviewed and combined with the mobile operators
• "Bitė" mobile operators can order only monthly subscription. For "Telia" and "Tele2" subscription you can choose period.

• sign the agreement
• read the technical documentation and arrange technical side of your system;
• fill in and send all necessary information by email to us
• after creation of a new service (within one day) start providing services for your users.
